Hello, fellow intellectuals. Professor Thaddeus here to share with you a simply delightful guide I came across while expanding my knowledge of Azeroth. I knew my fellow learners would appreciate it as much as I, myself, did. Without further ado, let’s discuss the mystical Voidtalon shall we?

 

This gem is by Euphyley at WoW Rare Spawns. Euphyley shares in depth knowledge of how citizens across Azeroth can find one of the most beautiful mounts in Draenor.Picture of Voidtalon of the Darkstar from the Warcraft mount UI. Voidtalon of the Dark Star certainly is a tricky mount to obtain, but thanks to extensive research by Euphyley we now have a vast amount of information about the mount.  The guide has great illustrations of the spawn points of the Edge of Reality portal, mouse over macros, TomTom coordinates, and what to expect once you do go through the portal. Before serving the Darkmoon Faire, the Professor taught students at the School of Advanced Learning and Etiquette in Lorderon and takes credit for teaching Jaina Proudmoore the phrase "Knowledge is Power." Cards and decks aren't just a job for him, in his free time he enjoys a nice glass of wine while trying to advance in the Hearthstone ladder. He currently plays a murloc deck.

Information Booth – Banners

Selina welcoming you to the Darkmoon Faire at her Information Booth.

 

Hello again, Darkmoon visitors.  Selina here for another information update. We are busy busy here at the times trying to prepare for our opening day. We are hoping our preparations will conclude by June 5th and we will be ready to open the times for one and all!  Until then, please excuse the ongoing construction. We have made many changes since our last conversation. Let’s take a look.

 

Banners

Banners have been going up on articles and in the directory.  Our photographer has enjoyed bringing scenes from all across Azeroth and incorporating them into our titles. We currently have half the new banners in place. We will be adding more weekly. Keep an eye out for new ones!

 

Signatures

We have a delightful group of writers here at the Times. Moonfang, Kae Ti, Mola, Professor Thaddeus, Carl Goodup, and more have agreed to bring their unique interests and views here to share. Each writer has submitted a unique signature for their articles. We hope it helps you get to know them even more.

 

Fun & Games Menu

We hope our new Fun & Games menu will be a place where everyone can come and interact with us! We hope you will share your opinion about hot topics around Azeroth and participate in the upcoming contests we hope to challenge you with in the future.

 

New Player Initiative

You might have noticed a new menu for new players. We remember our first days in Azeroth and how overwhelming everything can be. We hope to be a source for new players to use while learning the ropes.

 

We simply cannot wait until the times is ready to be shared with the world. We hope you continue to bare with our construction and keep making great suggestions on improvements we can continue to make.

Of Legion and Transmogs – Blog Scroll

As the Legion launch and the Warcraft movie release date continue to get closer and closer we are going to see more and more announcements popping up. With my busy schedule at the Faire, I can barely keep up with everything! Thankfully, the community has things covered and are posting news as they see it. As bloggers talk about upcoming Azeroth news, they are talking Of Legion and Transmogs. Let’s see what news we have this week on the Blog Scroll.

 

Alternative Chat

This week there was a Legion Developer chat between Jesse Cox and Ion Hazzikostas about Legion updates. It was streamed live then moved to the Battle.net launcher so players could watch on demand.  Haven’t had time to watch the 53 minute video in it’s entirety? Don’t worry! Alt has you covered with her handy Visual Guide to the Legion Dev Chat video. She summarizes the Legion news with perfect gif reactions in her post “Fantastic Day”.

 

Bubbles of Mischief

You might have noticed a tweet by @Warcraft and ohh’d and ahh’d at the possibility of in game items, coming to Azeroth with the launch of the Warcraft movie.

There was no more information given and many of us were left wondering “Why be a tease, Blizzard?”  We need information and we need it now!  So are you still wondering how we get these goodies? I know I am! Good thing Cymre has a pretty good theory with her sources of information to back her theory and shares it in a post called “Warcraft Movie Perks”

 

Between the Legion invasion and the upcoming Warcraft movie, there’s definitely going to be a lot of news and discussions coming up this year. We can’t wait to see what the blogging community thinks about upcoming Legion and Movie news!  Until next time, keep blogging Azeroth!
